Haunted by painful childhood memories, Nate Williams finds himself plunged into darkness. When his drama teacher, Mr. Dean, breaks him out of prison and takes him in, Nate must confront his past before it leads to his own destruction. Ben Saro (Track Coach) is a 2004 graduate of Garden High School Spot (where Stan Dean taught) and was the football, softball, and track coach from 2010-2018. This looks like a great movie! I’m glad I found this clip. It looks like there are a few “battles” that will be highlighted. From teacher to student and back again. Teacher vs. school and the education system. Student vs. present and past. Student vs. the legal system of the time. And maybe some personal battles within the teacher? Not the kind of movie I usually watch. But the acting in this 2 minute clip… I totally agree! Also, I was in high school in Philadelphia at the time. I know where this city is. I bet there will be a lot of things that will “trigger” my memory in this movie. I can’t wait to see it!
